Meet the Founder
A veteran learning leader with over a decade in military service and nearly 15 years in L&D, our founder draws on deep expertise in instructional design, onboarding, scenario‑based learning and AI‑powered solutions.
His journey includes building content ecosystems for federal agencies, financial institutions and enterprise teams. He has introduced immersive VR programs, pioneered generative AI frameworks and coached designers to adopt agile, human‑centered workflows.
He remains a lifelong learner committed to elevating others through creativity, empathy and innovation.
